Clarification of HAP/VOC constituents to be reported for Item 5 on Form B of the information
request:

By Speciated Components we are asking for constituents of both organic and inorganic materials. 
For organic constituents, report the information requested in Item 5 of Form B only for those organic
constituents expected to volatilize during use of the material, including any subsequent drying or
curing operations.  Organic constituents of coatings such as resins that are intended to remain on the
item being coated as part of the solid film should not be reported.  Please provide us with the best
data possible.
