The above spreadsheet contains derived emissions information from the post-mold surface coating of plastic parts and products. This data was developed based on surveys submitted to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in response to an information collection request generated by the EPA. The information contained in this spreadsheet is DRAFT, and this is a deliberative-only document. The EPA will be using this format to rank the facilities in developing the MACT Floor for the Plastic Parts and Products (Surface Coating) NESHAP. The MACT Floor is defined as the "average emission limitation achieved by the best performing 12 percent of the existing sources (for which the Administrator has emissions information)..."
