| EPA | EPA is planning a Paper and Other Web Coating (POWC) MACT video downlink training in November 2004. The video training is meant to be an overview only and does not cover all the regulatory requirements under the Paper and Other Web Coating (POWC) MACT. Our trainer, Susan Miller, of Clayton Group Services, will provide information on key dates and an overview of the basic requirements of the MACT. She will also provide an overview of a new implementation tool available to help affected sources and inspectors better understand specific requirements of the rule. Affected source and major source examples will also be provided. Finally, Susan will go through a simple case study to help us better understand calculations associated with the MACT. | ||
