Abstract: The Office of Transportation and Air Quality has issued an Addendum to the "EPA RFG EDI Technical Guideline." The Addendum is effective upon issuance. The procedure described in the Addendum are to be applied to all reports submitted via EDI, beginning with reports due May 31, 1999.
