| Brand NEW versions! Now version 4.3d B5 US version ==>
Software Versions 8/14/12!!! User's Manual (all versions) 7/26/10. RBLC Web Standalone Editor (SAE) - version (4.3d B5) - NOTE - The only change in "4.3D B4" to "4.3D B5" beside keeping the build number after the version number on the Main Menu is that build 5 has up-to-date table values (i.e., the items on the drop-down pick lists). We have added one Process Type Code and included several pollutants that you could select while on-line but were not in the SAE. (As you probably guessed, we've also fixed a few minor bugs.) All users should uninstall whatever version you have install on your desktop and install the new version as soon as possible. If you are using an older version (i.e., one with no "build" number on the main screen or one with an executable dated before 8/14/12), please download, install, and start using this new version as soon as possible. Just select the appropriate country specific version of the software - US, Canada, or Mexico - unzip and install the program. The American and Canadian versions are in English and the Mexican version is in Spanish. There have been several new fields added and several changes in the selections you may make so it's important that anyone submitting data to the RBLC using the RBLC Standalone Editor download, install, and use this revised program. We've also updated the SAE's internal HELP information - try it, you'll like it. Just as with the old version, your agency can enter and submit data to the RBLC from your own PC without a Web connection or fear of the dreaded time-out warning and subsequent data lost disaster! All you need to do is download and unzip the appropriate ZIP file, review the included "ReadMe" file (this is very important!), and install it on any PC. Now you can enter a submittal to the RBLC and fine tune it to your heart's content! When it's complete, select the SAE's "Create Upload File" option, follow the directions, and send the resulting file to the RBLC. We'll take it from there. PLEASE NOTE -- We have started adding a "Build" number to the editors. This shows us as the "B" number after the version number and on the editor's opening screen. As of 8/14/12 the current version is "4.3d B5". Make sure you have the newest version as we fixed several bugs, specifically the bug that reset the NAICS code whenever the Facility Level was reopened and the bug that bombed the editor when it was installed on a PC that did not have an older version already installed. (The newest version has the version and build number - Version 4.3D build 5 - in the upper right hand corner of the editor's main menu.) As before, all of the data submitted to the RBLC, and I'm referring to the language in the permit itself, must be in English. In addition, the 2.4MB files are the FULL EDITOR; there is NO update procedure or program. Be sure to uninstall the old version of the Editor before installing the new one. (Unfortunately, if you do not follow the instructions in the READ ME file referred to above you WILL lose any data stored in the old version. Sorry.) |
