July 16, 2008 Sub Sections 15.2, 15.3, 15.5, 15.7, 15.8, 15.9, and 15.10 were updated or added to AP-42 Chapter 15, Ordnance Detonation and the background documentation. Comments are due by September 16, 2008.
July 11, 2008 Section 1.5 Liquified Petrolem Gas Combustion has been updated.
July 7, 2008 Section 5.2 Transportation and Marketing of Petroleum Liquids has been updated and finalized.
June 17, 2008 The proposed changes in Section 5.2 Transportation and Marketing of Petroleum Liquids were originally posted December 1995. They have been reposted without change for comment and review until July 1, 2008.
May 22, 2008 The final version of Section 12.2 Coke Production has been posted.
March 16, 2008 Sub Sections 15.1, 15.2, 15.9, and 15.10 were updated or added to AP-42 Chapter 15, Ordnance Detonation and the background documentation. Comments are due by June 16, 2008.
February 5, 2008 EPA has identified a possible solution to the report function in TANKS 4.09D and Internet Explorer 7.
December 7, 2007 Sub Sections 15.1, 15.3, 15.5, 15.6, 15.8, 15.9, and 15.10 were updated or added to AP-42 Chapter 15, Ordnance Detonation and the background documentation. Comments are due by February 1, 2008.
October 25, 2007 EPA is extending the comment period for the Emissions Factor Uncertainty Assessment. Comments on the technical analysis contained in the Assessment are welcome, provided they are received by Friday, November 16, 2007. The Assessment can be found at the following internet address: www.epa.gov/ttn/chief/efpac/uncertainty.html
October 15, 2007 Version 3 of the the Electronic Reporting Tool (ERT) has been posted. The ERT, a Microsoft Access desktop application, is an electronic alternative for paper reports documenting nineteen of EPA's emissions measurement methods for stationary sources. The ERT replaces the time-intensive manual preparation and transcription of stationary source emissions test plans and reports.
October 9, 2007 Table 4.4-2 Emission Factors For Uncontrolled Polyester Resin Product Fabrication Processes was revised, in AP42 section 4.4 Polyester Resin Plastic Products Fabrication to include source classification codes (SCCs) in order to more closely identify processes with the emissions factor ranges.
September 7, 2007 Sections 15.2, 15.5, 15.8 and 15.9 of AP-42 Section 15, Ordnance Detonation and the background documentation were updated with new data and/or new sub sections.
August 16, 2007 EPA is extending the comment period for the Emissions Factor Uncertainty Assessment an additional two months. Comments on the technical analysis contained in the Assessment are welcome, provided they are received by Wednesday, October 31, 2007. August 1, 2007 A draft final for Section 12.2 Coke Production has been posted. Comments will be accepted for the HCl emission factors only. Comments are due September 14, 2007.
July 9, 2007 The comment period has been extended to August 31, 2007 for the draft review of the Emissions Factor Uncertainty Assessment and Appendices.
June 4, 2007 The Technical Support Document (TSD) for Title V Permitting of Printing Facilities on the Monitoring Knowlege Base web area has been updated.
