2008 EPA Datasets for Onroad and Nonroad Sources

EPA developed onroad and nonroad estimates for the 2008NEI via MOBILE6 and NONROAD models run within the National Mobile Inventory Model (NMIM). State and local agencies (note NMIM only calculates county-level emissions, and thus does not include tribes) were strongly encouraged to submit NMIM County Database (NCD) inputs for inclusion in these NMIM runs. All NCD inputs submitted by 11/1/2010 were included in NCD12012010 and were used in EPA's 2008NEIv1 estimates.

Auxiliary Files for Onroad and Nonroad - National Mobile Inventory Model (NMIM) National County Database (NCD) inputs submitted by 11/1/2010 were included in NCD12012010 and were used in EPA 2008NEIv1 estimates. (Note that the NCD file was replaced, but not renamed on 4/20/2011. The only change is a revision to VMT in Davidson County, TN by 3.7%)
