It should be uploaded within a few days after the call. Agendas for meetings will be uploaded when available and deleted after the meeting has occurred. All meetings are open to the public. However, for any Governing Body or specific committee meeting you wish to attend, PLEASE notify the SAMI office of your intent prior to the meeting. This is essential because meeting rooms are reserved based on the number of committee members. If there is a substantial increase in individuals wishing to attend, the room reserved may be too small. If you are interested in participating on a conference call, with enough notice, we can add a line for you. Contact the SAMI office to see if this is possible.
