The next meeting of the full Trading/Incentives Workgroup has been scheduled for May 13, 1996
8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The hotel
telephone number is (215) 963-1500.

The Task Group responsible for designing a framework for trading for area and mobile source
sectors will be meeting on the evening of May 12 at 5:00 p.m.  All T/I Workgroup Members are
welcome to attend this meeting as long as you adhere to the casual dress code!  The evening meal
is likely to be a "working dinner."
