An OTAG Policy Group Meeting has been scheduled for Friday, March 1,
1996, at the Doubletree Hotel in Crystal City, Virginia.  A separate working
day has been established for OTAG Workgroups and Subgroups on Thursday, February 29.
Please mark your calendar.  

The Doubletree Hotel is located at 300 Army Navy Drive, approximately one
mile from Washington National Airport.  A block of rooms has been reserved
for "ECOS/OTAG" on February 28 and 29 at the government per diem rate. 
Please call the hotel directly at (800) 222-TREE or (703) 416-4100 to make
your reservation.  The cutoff date for reservations is February 5.  Preliminary agendas for
these meetings will be sent to you soon.

Directions to the Doubletree
From National Airport:
The Doubletree Hotel offers complimentary shuttle services to and from National Airport as
well as the Pentagon and Pentagon City Metro stops.  National Airport shuttles run daily
every fifteen minutes from 5:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. and every half hour after until midnight. 
The metro stops are serviced every fifteen minutes throughout the day until 7:00 p.m.; then
service is available upon request.

From Dulles Airport:
Take the Dulles Toll Road towards Washington.  Take 66 East following directional signs. 
From 66 East take the exit for 110 South, exit right onto Army Navy Drive/395N.  At light,
take a left onto S. Eads Street, turn left onto 11th Street to hotel parking.
