Subject:     October 5 and 6, 1995 Meetings

Due to a shortage of meeting space, it is not possible to hold
the October 5 and 6 OTAG meetings in Washington, DC.   Therefore,
The Columbia Hilton in Columbia, Maryland has been selected for
the October 5 Subgroup meetings and the October 6 Policy Group
meeting.  The Hilton Inn is located at 5485 Twin Knolls Road.  A
government rate of $79.00/$89.00 single/double plus tax is
available.  To make reservations call 1-800-235-0653 by September
15, 1995 or room rates and availability cannot be guaranteed. 
Attached are driving directions from Baltimore and Washington to
the Columbia Hilton.  For those of you flying in or taking the
train, the Hilton is 13 miles from the Baltimore Washington
International Airport (BWI) and the Amtrack Station.  Airport
shuttle service is available to guests of the Hilton at a rate of
$16.00 per person; please call 1-800-776-0323 to make
reservations in advance.  The nearest Metro Station is 15 miles
away and cab fare would run from $20.00-$25.00.
