The next OTAG Policy Group Meeting is scheduled for June 5, 1996, at the Renaissance Hotel in
Washington, D.C.  The subgroups and workgroups will meet on June 4 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel
in Washington, D.C., which is walking distance (2 blocks southwest) from the Renaissance Hotel. 
Please mark your calendar.

The Renaissance Hotel is located at 999 9th Street, N.W., in Washington, D.C.  A block of rooms
has been reserved at the Renaissance Hotel (not the Grand Hyatt Hotel) for "ECOS/OTAG" on
June 3 and 4 at the group rate of $150 per night exclusive of tax.  To make your reservation,
please call the hotel directly at (202) 898-9000.  The cutoff date for reservations is Wednesday,
May 15.  

Directions to the Renaissance Hotel
From National Airport:
Take I-395 North, cross the 14th Street Bridge and stay in one of the left lanes.  This will
continue to 14th Street, NW.  Proceed to New York Avenue, NW, and make a right turn. 
Proceed to 9th Street, NW and make a right turn.  The hotel is on your immediate left.

From Dulles Airport:
Take the Dulles Access Road to I-66 East to the Roosevelt Bridge.  Cross the bridge and take the
Constitution Avenue Exit off the Roosevelt Bridge.  Proceed to 12th Street, NW and make a left
turn.  Proceed to New York Avenue, NW and make a right turn.  Proceed to 9th Street, NW and
make a right turn.  The hotel is on your immediate left.

Walking Directions to the Grand Hyatt Hotel
Exit front entrance of the Renaissance Hotel and walk 1 block (south) to H Street.  Take a right
turn on H Street and proceed 1 block (west) to 10th Street.  Grand Hyatt Hotel is on your left
between 10th and 11th Streets.

               Hotel Cutoff is Wednesday, May 15

IMPORTANT:
There are no sleeping rooms reserved for the ECOS/OTAG meeting at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in
Washington, D.C.  The Grand Hyatt Hotel is only hosting the Subgroup/Workgroup meetings on
June 4.
