Durham, approximately 10 miles from the Raleigh/Durham International
Airport (a 15-minute drive).  Airport shuttle service is available through
R&G Airport Shuttle at 1-800-840-2738.  One-way fare is $17; round-trip
service is $28.  Please note that individuals are responsible for making
