Abstract: EPA is amending its regional haze rule to incorporate additional provisions to address visibility impairment in 16 scenic areas on the Colorado Plateau. In September 2000, the Western Regional Air Partnership (WRAP) submitted a plan to EPA containing details of a program for reducing regional emissions from stationary sources of sulfur dioxide. This rule amends the regional haze rule by incorporating the WRAP's plan.
