Abstract: This draft report describes an updated version of the probabilistic NAAQS Exposure Model for carbon monoxide (pNEM/CO). The model has been applied to the Denver urban area to illustrate the proposed methodology. The purpose of this report is to obtain technical review of the proposed methodology from the Clean Air Scientific Advisory Committee and the general public prior to applying the model to the Denver and Los Angeles urban areas. The exposure estimates will be one of the inputs considered in the ongoing review of the current CO national ambient air quality standards.
