Abstract: EPA prepared the tracking progress guidance document to provide the States, Tribes, and other interested parties with a consistent way to evaluate changes in visibility impairment in mandatory Federal Class I areas under the regional haze program. This guidance is intended to be a living document and may be revised periodically without public notice; however, EPA is interested in receiving public comment on this document.
