CALFIP04.TXT 3/28/94 This file describes ZIP archives containing portions of the Technical Support Document (TSD) that accompanies the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) for the Federal Implementation Plan (FIP) for the California ozone nonattainment areas of Sacramento, South Coast, and Ventura. (This file is also included within each of the four ZIP files listed.) CALFIP08.ZIP Other (VOC) rules in 40 CFR 52. 2960 and 2961 Note that not all the rule TSDs are covered in this posting. For example, not included yet are TSDs for most of the mobile source rules. Note also that the ICR files and the NOx rule files are arranged in sub- directories within the ZIP file. To create these directories on your own hard disk while extracting the archived files, use the -d parameter of the PKUNZIP command. For example, PKUNZIP -D CALFIP05 will extract the ICR files, creating directories under the current directory. If the "-D" is omitted, the files will all be extracted to a single directory. (You may actually prefer this.) All the file names are unique, so none will be overwritten if the "-D" is omitted. For example, in the NOx files, tbla-1a.xls is appendix A, table 1a, and tblb-1a is appendix B, table 1a.
