This file describes ZIP archives containing portions of the Technical 
Support Document (TSD) that accompanies the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking 
(NPRM) for the Federal Implementation Plan (FIP) for the California ozone 
nonattainment areas of Sacramento, South Coast, and Ventura.  (This file 
is also included within each of the two ZIP files listed.)


There are two groups of FIP TSD files in this posting to the TTN bulletin 
board:

CALFIP10.ZIP Commercial & Military Aviation, plus Errata & Revised Growth.
CALFIP11.ZIP Mobile Source Attainment Demonstration Calculation Methodology.

Note that not all the mobile source TSDs are covered in this posting.  For 
example, the TSD for locomotives is not included yet.
