This is the README file for the final version of the Motor 
Vehicle-Related Air Toxics Study.  The file, AIRTOXIC.ZIP 
includes files of the body of the report in Word Perfect 5.1 
format plus appendices in Lotus WK1 format.

                       IMPORTANT NOTE

To extract all the files from this ZIP, you should use the 
command: 

          PKUNZIP -d AIRTOXIC

The -d option creates separate subdirectories for the files of 
each appendix, which will be necessary since the filenames of
worksheets in certain appendices are the same as in other 
appendices.

Appendix D is not available in electronic form.  Public comments 
in Appendix I, from Arco Chemical Co., California EPA, Environ 
Corporation, Konheim and Ketcham, and Zephyr Consulting are also 
not available electronically.  If you wish to obtain these parts
