Abstract: On June 29, 1999, we issued the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Source Categories: Generic Maximum Achievable Control Technology Standards (64 FR 34854). On November 22, 1999 (64 FR 63779), we proposed minor amendments to the June 29, 1999 promulgated rule concerning the regulation of surge control vessels and bottoms receiver vessels. These final amendments are necessary to correct discrepancies between the promulgated rule and our intent. This files is the text of the final rule amendments.
