Abstract:
EPA is proposing national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) for facilities that apply coatings to large appliances parts or products. The EPA has identified large appliance coating as a major source of hazardous air pollutant emissions such as xylene, glycol ethers, toluene, methylene diphenyl diisocyanate and methyl ethyl ketone. This file is the text of the proposed rule.
