Abstract:
The EPA is proposing NESHAP for miscellaneous metal parts and products surface coating operations located at major sources of hazardous air pollutants (HAP). The HAP emitted by these operations include cresols/cresylic acid, ethyl benzene, glycol ethers (including ethylene glycol monobutyl ether (EGBE)), methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK), phenol, styrene, toluene, and xylene. This file is the text of the proposed rule.
