Abstract: EPA is issuing the final air toxics rule (also called national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants, or NESHAP, for the secondary aluminum production industry. This final rule applies to both major and area sources of air toxics. Secondary aluminum production facilities that are area sources of air toxics will be subject to limitations on emissions of dioxin/furan only. This file is the text of the final rule.
