Abstract: The equipment leak standards that are found in the national emission standards for hazardous air pollutant emissions for Group IV polymers and resins were petitioned for reconsideration as they apply to polyethylene terephthalate (PET) facilities. The purpose of this memo is to summarize the petitioners' comments and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's response to those comments.
