| Abstract: This notice publishes revisions to the list of categories of major and area sources of hazardous air pollutants (HAP) emissions. The source category list, which is required under section 112(c) of the Clean Air Act, constitutes a significant part of EPA's agenda for regulating stationary sources of air toxics emissions. The list was most recently published in the Federal Register on January 30, 2001. This file is the text of the notice. |
