Abstract: This document presents the economic impact analysis for the proposed rule (NESHAP) to reduce air toxics emissions from stationary combustion turbines. Impacts on U.S. electricity price and output resulting from implementation of this proposal are presented here. In additions, impacts to affected small entities, both private and public sector-owned, are presented in the report.
