| Abstract: The EPA is promulgating NESHAP for stationary combustion turbines that will reduce emissions of a number of toxic air pollutants such as formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, toluene, and benzene which are suspected to cause adverse health and environmental effects from new combustion turbines located at major HAP sites. The technology that will be used to meet the requirements of the rule is oxidation catalyst controls. This file is the text of the final rule. |
