Abstract:
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to revise its regulation that allows State, local, and tribal air pollution control agencies to administer and enforce EPA's toxic air pollutant program. This regulation allows these agencies to obtain EPA's approval to replace an EPA air toxics regulation with their own regulation.
