Abstract: The EPA is amending its toxic air pollutant rule for phosphoric acid manufacturing plants to remove the revised emission limit for phosphate rock calciners that was included in a previous direct final rule. The corresponding emission limit in existence prior to the effective date of the direct final rule is being reinstated. This file is the text of the amendments.
