Abstract:
On January 12, 2001, EPA issued NESHAP for new and existing sources used in chemical recovery processes at kraft, soda, sulfite, and stand-alone semichemical pulp mills. We are correcting several technical errors in the final rule. This file is the text for the technical corrections.
