Abstract: The attached file contains a fact sheet for the final NESHAP for Flexible Polyurethane Foam Production, which was signed by the EPA Administrator on September 15, 1998. The rule will be entered into 40 CFR Part 63, under subpart III. The rule will apply to approximately 200 producers of slabstock, rebond, and molded polyurethane foam and will reduce air toxics emissions by 13,800 tons per year.
