Abstract:
The EPA is promulgating NESHAP for operations that print, coat, and dye fabrics and other textiles have been identified as major sources of HAP such as toluene, methyl ethyl ketone, methanol, xylenes, methyl isobutyl ketone, methylene chloride, trichloroethylene, n-hexane, glycol ethers (ethylene glycol), and formaldehyde.
