Abstract: This file contains language for a proposal to amend Appendix A to 40 CFR Part 63 to include a test method for determining particulate and methylene chloride extractable matter from selected sources at primary aluminum production facilities. This proposal was published for public comment in August 1996. This file contains only the regulatory wording for the Federal Code of Regulations (not the Preamble) and includes citations for 12 references providing technical support for development of this method. The language in this proposal has been superceded by the final rule published in October 1997. (63 pages)
