Abstract:
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is promulgating a rule to limit emissions of toxic air pollutants from facilities that use hexane to extract oil from vegetable seeds. Hexane is a toxic air pollutant that, upon long-term exposure, can cause permanent nerve damage.
