| Abstract: The EPA is taking direct final action to indefinitely stay the compliance dates for portions of the national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) for Group I Polymers and Resins and Group IV Polymers and Resins. This direct final rule stays, indefinitely, the compliance dates for existing affected sources and new affected sources with an initial start up date on or after March 9, 1999, which are subject to the Group I Polymers and Resins and Group IV Polymers and Resins NESHAP requirements for all emission points except equipment leaks. This fact sheet explains the conditions and nature of the stay in plain language. |
