| Document Type: Staff Papersd new organic liquids distribution facilities. This information will be used in setting national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) under section 112 of the Clean Air Act (CAA), as amended in 1990. On April 29, 1998, EPA distributed an information collection request (ICR) survey to collect this information from distrbution companies and requested that the information be provided by July 8, 1998. Since then, EPA had received industry requests for more time to complete and submit the ICR survey. The attached June 11, 1998 letter informed the industry of a change in the required due date for the ICR survey and provides EPA's response to those industry requests. The attached files contain the June 11, 1998 letter, a list of addresses, and one enclosure. |
