| Abstract: The EPA is taking final action to amend certain portions of the national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) for Group I and IV Polymers and Resins, which were promulgated in September 1996. These amendments consist of minor cross referencing and typographical errors, as well as minor clarifications and will not change the basic control requirements of the NESHAP or the level of health protection they provide. These amendments do not alter the requirement for new and existing major sources to control emissions of hazardous air pollutants to the level reflecting application of the maximum achievable control technology. This file is the text of the final amendments. |
