Abstract:
On Dec. 4, 2000, the EPA issued final amendments to its air toxics rule for aerospace manufacturing and rework facilities to include a separate emission standard for exterior primers used in manufacturing large, fully assembled commercial aircraft. In addition, EPA is making a minor correction to the monitoring requirements section of the aerospace emission standards. The amendment helps correct regulatory language that erroneously made reference to a list of requirements for initial compliance demonstrations when using incinerators and carbon adsorbers. This file is the text of the amendments.
