Abstract:
The EPA is issuing a final rule to reduce air toxics emitted from petroleum refineries. Today's rule establishes emissions limits for air toxics from metals and organics from catalyst regenerator vents on catalytic cracking units, for organic and inorganic air toxics from process vents on catalytic reforming units, and for organic (sulfur compounds) air toxics from process vents on sulfur recovery units. This file is the text of the final rule.
