| Abstract: ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY 40 CFR Part 63 RIN: 2060-AE-83 National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Pesticide Active Ingredient Production AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). ACTION: Proposed rule; Extension of public comment period. SUMMARY: The EPA is announcing a 30-day extension of the public comment period for the proposed "National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Pesticide Active Ingredient Production." As initially published in the FEDERAL REGISTER on November 10, 1997 (62 FR 60565), written comments on the proposed rule were to be submitted to the EPA on or before January 9, 1998 (a 60-day public comment period). The public comment period is being extended for 30 days and will now end on February 9, 1998. |
