The first three "zipped" files listed below contain WordPerfect 5.1
versions of materials distributed at EPA's "Acid Rain Phase II CEM
Implementation Conference" held July 21-22, 1994 in Denver, CO. 
The fourth file explains necessary corrections made to the document
contained in the third file.  The files are available for
downloading from the TTN Bulletin Board.
