Abstract: On December 10, 1999, EPA Administrator Carol M. Browner issued an order denying a June 16, 1999 petition from Robert W. Hall requesting that she object to the issuance of a proposed Title V permit prepared by the Clark County Health District, Nevada. The petition alleged that the proposed permit for Pacific Coast Building Products failed to meet various Clean Air Act requirements, most of them involving compliance with the approved Nevada air quality program. This document is the Federal Register notice of the order.
