Abstract: This document represents an order by the EPA Administrator denying a petition to object to a state operating permit, pursuant to section 505(b)(2) of the Clean Air Act and 40 CFR section 70.8(d). The operating permit was issued by the Washington Department of Ecology on December 30, 1998 to Roosevelt Regional Landfill, Regional Disposal Company in Klickitat County, Washington. The petition was filed by TPS Technologies, Inc.
