Abstract: The FR notice removes langauge from the part 70 and 71 compliance certification that was added in a March 1, 2001 FR notice but should have been withdrawn earlier as a result of the Agency receiving adverse comments. This notice announces that the Agency will proceed in responding to those adverse comments in a subsequent FR notice.
