| Abstract: This guidance presents draft model permits for five NESHAP categories. Five files are included: ARSENIC.WPF provides model permit specific conditions for sources regulated by the NESHAP for inorganic arsenic emissions from glass manufacturing (9 pages). MERCURY.WPF provide model permit specific conditions for sources regulated by the NESHAP for mercury from mercury cell chlor-alkali plants (5 pages). PVC.WPF provides permit specific conditions for sources regulated by the NESHAP for polyvinyl chloride (14 pages). VC.WPF provides permit specific conditions for sources regulated by the NESHAP for vinyl chloride (7 pages). EDC.WPF provides permit specific conditions for sources regulated by the NESHAP for vinyl chloride(ethylene dichloride) (7 pages). |
