| Abstract: This is a memo from John Seitz to EPA's Regional Air Directors. The memo discusses the background for EPA's treatment of PTE and presents guidance on how PTE should be treated for grain handling facilities relative to the requirements of Title V and Section 112 of the Clean Air Act. The final page is a tabular matrix showing total throughput associated with uncontrolled PM-10 emissions of 50 tons/year for selected grain shipping and receiving facilities. |
