Changes in MATS version 2.5.1 (compared to version 2.3.1)  12/28/12


24-hr PM2.5

1) Updated the 24-hr PM2.5 attainment test (calculating future year PM2.5 concentrations at FRM monitors) to be consistent with the "revised" test, as

Note that spatial fields are not implemented for the 24-hr PM2.5 test.  

2) The MATS user's guide has been updated to include the revised 24-hour PM2.5 attainment test calculations.  The user's guide
can be accessed from within MATS and is also included as a separate PDF file in the installer package. 

3) The default ambient data files for the 24-hour PM2.5 test have been updated to include FRM data and PM2.5 speciation data through 2010.

4)There is a new option to "output design value periods".  If this option is checked, MATS will run 4 times and create 4 sets of output files; one for the
average design value period (5 year weighted average) and once for each of the three indivdual design value periods.  


Annual PM2.5


1) The default ambient data files for the annual PM2.5 test have been updated to include FRM data and PM2.5 speciation data through 2010.

Ozone
