Abstract: EPA promulgated the OCS Air Regulations on September 7, 1992. The original ICR was approved for 3 years in 1992 and renewed for another 3 years in 1995. EPA is making the supporting statement for the next renewal available for public review. The document estimates the reportiong burden for industry, State and local agencies and EPA.
