Abstract: The EPA proposed amendments to subparts Da and Db of 40 CFR part 60 on July 9, 1997. The purpose of this document is to present a summary of the public comments received on the proposed amendments to subparts Da and Db of 40 CFR part 60 and the responses developed by the EPA. This summary of comments and responses serves as the basis for revisions made to the standards between proposal and promulgation.
