| Abstract: This guidance clarifies how particulate matter is to be considered for purposes of Title V only. This guidance does not change any requirements for sources to comply with emission limitations or work practice standards as prescribed in State implementation plans (SIPs) and new source performance standards (NSPS), nor does it change any interpretations or requirements that have been previously provided for implementing the CAA other than the Title V program.
